At BalalaGift.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact (no scratches, damages, or alterations).
Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt is required.
2. Return Process
1. Request Authorization: Email [serviceBalalagift@outlook.com] with:
Your order number.
Reason for return.
Photos of the item (if damaged).
2. Wait for Approval: We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship the Item:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Include the RA number on the package.
Ship to the address we provide.
3. Fees & Refunds
Restocking Fee: A 20% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and restocking costs.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service (e.g., USPS, FedEx) and purchasing insurance for high-value items.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products without original packaging or tags.
Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.
6. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund (no restocking fee).
